They were friendly,helpful, right away on the phone. They answered all my questions, professional but personable, Good price, I had them install my water heater, and was impressed so I called them back to look at my furnace! I recomend them to everybody I know.!

Had to have our boiler pump replaced. I called Monday morning and by 11:00am Scott was there to begin the repair and by 1:30 it was done. Great service and they didn't try to sell me on a new boiler or furnace. Just did what I asked with no complaints. The last time I had the pump replaced 10 years ago New Plumbing did it and it took 3 days to fix and cost 50% more. My only complaint was my pipe size was 1.25" and Scott had to go rent a kit at a local plumbing supply store so driving time and kit rental probably cost me at least $100 more. So make sure you let them know ahead of time in detail what they may need to bring from their shop. Take pictures and email... read full review
