Called them out to look at the floor and the person who came out was wonderful. I went to the shop to look at flooring and the service lady in the store acted like she didn't want to help or she refused to help. My experience in the store was not pleasant at all. I felt like I didn't belong and that if I had been rich and bought the most expensive items I may have gotten help. Nope not me. Won't ask them to come back and I won't ever ship there again. The lady inside was no help at all and I felt that the whole time I was taking time away from her and I was the only one in the store..I will shope somewhere else

3 years ago they installed the carpet in my newly remodeled house. They came back 2 times to fix issues with the seems and the padding. We are constantly finding more issues with random holes in the padding. They took all my leftover carpet and smoked in the garage while they were there. 100% never recommend this company.
