Been using them for several years now and have not had any issues with them.

They goofed my simplest of W2s causing an IRS hold, then told me its normal, to wait it out when much later I had to call the IRS to fix their error. I try to do my business with the small mom and pop shops, but in this case it didn't pay off, literally. I'd also expect a tax business to be more professional over the phone. You would experience more profesional service calling a rural feed store honestly. Nice elderly ladies, unfortunately just definitely not competent at being responsible for your taxes or professional presentation. Id guess pure luck if you get thru without issue.
