Before starting, we had a brief consultation to clarify what I wanted out of the service & the look I was hoping to achieve.

I love that she didn't rush through the service and was still efficient with time. She also stopped after finishing the first brow to make sure I was happy with how it looked before moving on to the next one, which is something that stood out to me & shows how much she values client satisfaction.

Her space was clean & welcoming and the service was relatively pain free. I can confidently say that my brows have not looked this good in sooooo long. We had great conversation and I'm so happy that after trying several threading salons over the past year, I have finally found my go-to brow lady in Indy! Thank you Navi!!!
