Contacted the owner (Favor) just before 11pm the night before me and my daughter got our hair done. She came to the shop at 6am and the braiders got to work on us. The owner is very patient, kind, and customer focused. The girl that did the front design of my hairstyle is top notch! We love our hair! We'll definitely come back the next time we are looking for a refresh and or new styles. *** she supplies the hair, and whatever she did not have, she sent someone to the beauty supply store to pick it up!

Have been using this particular hair since 2019, Specifically Covid time. You actually came to my house to deliver it (Humilty and a very good business strategy) and I know you would have forgotten how much you sold it, so affordable. Till today it still bounce like castle, I can’t even tell people how much you sold it then?That’s why I can’t regret any hair I will get from you. It’s so sure it will be nice.
