Luis and crew did an excellent job making repairs on a condo to get it ready to put on the market. The condo had been neglected and he got it in shape from making minor repairs up to installing new carpet and painting the unit. Luis was prompt, helpful in his suggestions and listened to our concerns. 1,2,3 Steps General Contractors was very reasonably priced. We live an hour away from the condo and he was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We finally decided to add a screen porch and deck to our home but was not sure what contractor to use. We had previously worked with 123 Steps General Contractors in the past with a great deal of success but did not consider them initially. After several quotes from other contractors we decided to give 123 Step Contractors a call and I must say the finished product was than we expected. All of our neighbors were impressed and even considering using the contractors as well. Just a bit late posting this company but their work speaks for itself. We highly recommend this company for any home improvements without hesitation.

Luis did a wonderful job for us on very short notice. Water damage was found during a home inspection caused by a poor tile job on a master walk-in shower. Luis managed to squeeze in the work and get it done prior to a closing deadline. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and paid attention to all the little details that lead to a job well done. We would definitely go to 123 Steps first for any future work like this. Highly recommended!
