worst customer service ever. I called them they awnswed the phone as if I was bothering them. never idtified who they were then hung up on me when I tried to explaine that I wasn't really comfortable with their customer service. just to have them call me back and still not identify who they were. inhad to ask both times. and then hung up on me again when I tried to explain the issues I had with one of as he said representatives. very very unprofessional. would not recommend ever.
I wish I never called NGN to work on my house. Took them 9 months to do a job I was told would take 1. The work they did was terrible. Had to call somebody else in to fix their mistakes. They never sent me a bill or provided an invoice. Kept tacking expenses onto a bill/invoice I never received to begin with. From somebody that’s been through hell with NGN, call somebody else. Save yourself the grief
