I routinely use the 24-hour Ziker facility on Jefferson. I was initially reluctant to do all the automated stuff, but there is nearly always a cheerful woman working there (I don't know her name) who is unfailingly helpful and instructive. I work weird hours, so it is nice to get my suits, slacks and shirts whenever I have time.

For the second time I tried the drop off and pick up after hours on Jefferson, South Bend. It worked out well. I am a senior citizen - and not on to all this modern stuff - had no problem.

I am sure the 24 hour automated service is helpful, though I returned based on location, cleanliness & overall appearance, and most especially, the professional, friendly service of Caterina Sergio.
