I switched from Republic Services and I'm not looking back. WM takes care of their customers and doesn't leave them in wonder if the trash container is going to be picked up or not. They communicate any delays or schedule changes via text/email which is awesome! WM also gives you a clear breakdown of the bills so we know what to expect. Hands down best trash service in the area..my only regret is not making the decision to switch to WM sooner.

When I called and complained about our trash not getting picked up earlier in the week, they got it picked up the same day I complained. I think the problem occurred because of weather.
