Horrible Service. All other trash companies made it through my community when we had snow. WM, sends a message days after pick-p day they would not be coming next week. My CHECK IS NEVER LATE!
Web page difficult to navigate. Wanted to know about pickup schedule on president's day, but it was listed as family day. When holidays arrive why not send an email about service
I switched from Republic Services and I'm not looking back. WM takes care of their customers and doesn't leave them in wonder if the trash container is going to be picked up or not. They communicate any delays or schedule changes via text/email which is awesome! WM also gives you a clear breakdown of the bills so we know what to expect. Hands down best trash service in the area..my only regret is not making the decision to switch to WM sooner.
