So I picked up a new pair of glasses on Wednesday and later that evening I tripped on my front step and destroyed them. I called expecting that it was a total loss and Bri said bring them in and we will take a look. They were bent, scratches and even had a wire snapped. Not only did she fix them she ordered me a new lens. While she was doing that Alyssa was super nice and very engaging. Best experience I have ever had at the eye doctor! 1000x better than my experience with the other MYEYEDR! 6 months ago. I want to mention that I am a disabled vet on a limited budget and they made my day.
Came in with a destroyed pair of glasses, worried about having to drive back to Chicago to catch my flight home to Mexico City tomorrow. Was met by a smiling man (Andrew) whom I was certain was going to laugh uproariously when I asked if they were salvageable, or did they have a new frame that would fit the lenses. Instead, he said he could fix them in five minutes, or was that too long. He just came out, and handed them to me—it took him less time to fix them than it took to write this review! A real hero!
Bri was very helpful and front staff lady too, she gave my child some truck stamps 😊 Dr and assistant were very nice, they helped us with all my family glasses and explained all insurance portions. 10/10 🙏🏼
