Dr. Pavey I will give 5 stars for- she is great! The only reason I’m giving 3 is because there has been more than once that I’ve called to schedule and/or reschedule an appointment and they have been nothing but rude. I can’t even finish speaking before being rudely cut off for my date of birth. Specifically the woman who worked scheduling on 9/15/22 around the time of 11:30 a.m. Please address this issue. A little kindness goes a long way in this world.
