Ionic fresh did a great job on our basement and stairways. They removed a lot of dirt and took care of some pet stains we had. Carpets did take a couple days to dry, but look great. My mom was a little surprised when the carpet cleaner arrived in an unmarked panel van, but he was very professional and did a good job for us.
Nothing but great things to say about Ionic Fresh!! From the beginning they were great. Having just purchased our first home, we were very eager to get the carpets cleaned.
I had called on a Tuesday to get about 1100 sqft of carpet cleaned. I had a wonderful conversation with the scheduler about the home and how eager we were to move in. Unfortunately she informed me the earliest they could get out was the next Monday, to which we agreed, but for her to let me know if anything sooner opens up.
Everything happens for reason because she had texted me letting me know they could be out on Saturday due to a cancellation.

You always do such an amazing job on out carpets! You were able to get out the high traffic area stain by our front door that the other carpet cleaning company we used before you were not able to! You are our only go-to when it is time to get our carpets clean!
