The stylists are always great for me and my family! My sons are autistic and they love getting their hair cut at the Portage Rd location...the ladies there are great with them! We have been going there for many many years.

I appreciate the lovely lady who cut my sons hair. I didn’t catch her name, sadly and I wish I would have, but I know he was a rough kiddo to do a hair cut on. She was very patient and kind with him even though he wasn’t a fan of getting his first haircut.Service: Haircut

Stylists usually do a good job. They need more staff. Online check in is somewhat a waste of time. 20 min past my initial quoted check in time and as I sit there and wait for my haircut I get a message that I'm 15 min away from getting in. I'm not an expert in math but allow for a 45 min swing from your initially quoted online check in time.Service: Haircut
