I took my son here on Tuesday and I just have to say from the moment we stepped in to the time we left every single staff member was AMAZING and really nice to us. Both receptionists were very nice and helpful. The lady that did my son's pre tests super nice and helpful. And the doctor was really nice and made us feel comfortable. She was awesome! The lady that helped us pick out glasses super friendly and easy to talk to and provided excellent customer service! She really wanted to help us and even gave input on the frames when he would try them on. Thank you all for doing what you do everyday.
My glasses broke suddenly, and I had to find someone urgently who could fix them. I randomly found them online, but they were open before 9am, I walked in and they graciously fixed them...and wouldn't take anything in return. I'll definitely return when I need glasses again.
Absolutely fantastic! The staff are engaging, polite, and efficient. This is the best experience I have ever had getting glasses. I wish I could give 6 stars!
