The wrong lenses were ordered, so I have an additional wait to get my glasses. There was only one receptionist, who was on a lengthy customer call. I had to stand and wait to check in.

I called to order contacts since I was having issues ordering online.The woman helping me was very helpful. I only needed contacts for my right eye and I told her the acuvue oasys 2 week. She asked if I wanted a box of 12 or 24 and we both decided to go with 12 since I will be seeing Dr. Offerlein October. She told me they would be at the front desk and I could pay then. I went yesterday and they were at the front desk but they were the daily wear which is about 90 lenses as opposed to 12. I had tried the daily wear sometime ago but decided I liked the 2 week better. I have gone to this eye care professional for over a decade but as of late it seems the wait times are getting out of hand. You can have an appt at 3 pm and not actually see the Dr until 4:30 pm. One of my appts I remember calling them while I was waiting in the exam room so long I asked if they forgot about me and then the Dr came in finally. Its a total disrespect of ones time... the Drs are nice and seem to do thorough work but the wait is not ok to the point I may seek another provider if that doesn't change.
