We’ve taken my teenage son to both Elkhart and Goshen locations and every ophthalmologist, tech, and front office staff member who helped us were wonderful. We’ve mostly been with Dr. Heil and her team in Goshen and I cannot begin to express how grateful we are for her expertise and calm demeanor in what was scary for me as a mom. They have been very thorough and doing their due diligence ensuring he has the best care. Thank you!!
When I came in for my consultation, Cindy greeted me, did my consultation and informed me I was not a candidate for lasik, but explained, in depth, the ICL surgery that I did qualify for. I was absolutely EXCITED, and wanted to hear all about it. Cindy blew me away with how much knowledge she had on the procedure. I left my consultation with happy tears in my eyes that FINALLY I could get my vision corrected. I was nervous, but so excited at the same time. When I came in for my final appointment before surgery for my lens fitting, I got to meet Dr. Richard Boling. From the moment Dr. Boling walked in, and greeted me, it really sealed the deal that I made the right decision. Dr. Boling answered every question I had, and did not rush my visit at all. Surgery day, I was nervous, but so excited. I knew that after all my research, if i was going to go anywhere, it was to Boling. The reviews and testimonies speak for themselves. Each and every staff member on the surgery team treated me like I was family. From beginning to end of my surgery they were right by my side. As soon as I heard Dr. Bolings voice as he came in to start my surgery I was so excited knowing in just a couple hours, I'd be seeing like I've never saw my whole life. I could barely contain my excitement. He checked each eye after surgery to make sure the lens placement was perfect, and after surgery I was offered an array of snacks and drinks to hold me over until I was discharged. I came in for my 1 day post op appointment, to be told I AM ALREADY SEEING 20/20 less than 24 hours after surgery! I was a -7.50 in my left eye, and a -2.50 in my right. I've never in my life seen even close to 20/20 with my glasses or contacts. I want to say THANK YOU to Taylor, an employee who originally told me about there being more options than just lasik here at Boling. I'd also like to thank Cindy, for being one of the best humans I've ever met. Cindy is the whole reason I even had this life changing surgery. Her compassion and TRUE LOVE for everyone she meets is so beautiful. She knows every detail of all of the surgeries, and really cares about each person she meets with. She doesnt read off of a paper to tell you, it is a real conversation, of her explaining everything offered in detail. I felt like family sitting with her, sharing emotional moments, and the pure JOY when she saw my eyes light up over the ICL surgery. I actually saw her at my post op appointment, and was able to hug her and thank her for being the reason I felt so comfortable moving foward with the surgery and to tell her I'm seeing 20/20 ALREADY!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH CINDY! You are SUCH a vital part of the Boling Family, and I hope everyone knows what a special place you hold in the hearts of the everyone after consultations. It was important to me, to see you in person, and SHOW YOU, you changed my life. Thank you so much again. The biggest THANK YOU to you, Dr. Boling! Never in a million years did I think I'd ever see 20/20 in any way, shape, or form. The ICL surgery has already blown me away, and it's only been 48 hours since surgery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for improving my quality of life, and showing me a whole new world with my new eyes. I will forever be grateful for this procedure. The whole staff at Boling is amazing. It's just an amazing experience from start to finish with everyone in the building. If you are on the fence about a consultation, or doing a corrective vision surgery, this is your sign to DO IT. Dr. Boling and the rest of the team are top in the nation ( trust me after reading their reviews I would of traveled across the country for Dr. Richard Boling to complete my surgery. I am over the moon with the Elkhart location. The staff is outstanding. I have a 4 year old who scratched her eye last week and it was infected, she’s never seen an eye doctor. I called Boling vision and they not only saw her the same day but were phenomenal! The staff was amazing even the cafe was amazing. We couldn’t have asked or even expected any better. Huge shout out to Dr. Rielly and her staff. You should all be very proud. Keep up the good work!
