I arrived at noon on a Thursday and the waiting room was totally empty. I checked in and filled out my paperwork with one of the receptionist at the front (she had long dark brown hair), she was honestly less than friendly, but I just kept being polite and upbeat, she didn’t really give me many instructions so I asked a few questions since I’ve never been drug tested or used their facility before, her answers were short and she seemed a little annoyed by my questions. Once I got called back though (after only waiting about 20 minutes) the nurses who did the actual drug test (Jennifer and Michael) were so kind and friendly!! We chit chatted a bit after my test about our kids and Jennifer explained everything so well and patiently answered my questions. I think overall it wasn’t a horrible experience, the facility was clean. I’d just recommend researching their peak hours before going in and try not to let the one receptionist ruin your day haha the other one that I unfortunately didn’t get to work with seemed much more pleasant.
