Our old water softener died so we got three estimates. Option one was D.I.Y....nope! Option two was a local company, which seemed ok but...Aqua systems was the clear choice and here's why. First, they were recommended by my cousin. Word of mouth is very important. Second, the owner, Tom Adamson came to the house and I learned more about water and the softening process than I ever thought was possible. Also, warranty and design is better than others. These are not disposable units. Parts are interchangeable and are able to be serviced.

The nicest and most knowledgeable people! They helped us with our reverse osmosis system and with our water softener. They have made a few visits to our home, and we regularly buy our water softener salt from their office. Every experience is a positive one; they're the best!
We needed our softener replaced in a home We had just purchased so we decided to give Aqua Systems a try, I am so glad we did!! The owner himself does the in-home consultations and testing, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had already looked at some of the systems they offered and expected to be in the mid to high price range, however based on the water testing they recommended the standard system which saved a ton of money compared to what I expected to spend.
