Update: Mike and Rick came out to do the furnace installation and they were great! Furnace is super quiet and I was given all the paperwork on how to do a NIPSCO rebate and get money back for being energy efficient! Very happy with our choice in companies!
Mike came out to do a quote and was awesome. He listened to the concerns of myself and my husband and provided a great estimate.
Very happy so far! What a nice difference in service. The owner came and gave the estimate, he has the right approach in customer service! Impressed with the knowledge and expertise and impressed with the prompt, professional returned calls by someone who speaks well and clearly. Wonderful to have our HVAC system that works awesome! Super quiet too. We don't hear it when it comes on but, you sure can feel it working lol...Highly suggest calling All Temp!
The tech serviced my furnace and it sounds much better. He also replaced the water pad in the humidifier for $25. I had another company charge me way more the last time it was done. Thank you very much.
