Staff were very polite and accomodating, drop off for pets was a little chaotic. There wasn't a whole lot of parking or direction but the staff was quick to assist when people walked in with a confused look on their face.

My puppy was neutered yesterday everything went perfect, they advised us to buy a neck guard so he wouldn't lick his wounds, but it was 10 times too big for my 9 lb dog, they even brought us back our dog and said it didn't fit ..well how about offering our 15 dollar's back then.

I can't ❤️ this place enough.I live in the country and we rescue alot of strays.I've rescued for 30 years.We tame and neuter, or trap and neuter/spay.Not only was getting my appointment fast, pick up was quick and I felt my cats were safe here.No worries.Professional, kind, thorough.I can't thank the staff enough and I've found a place affordable enough to continue controlling the cat population in my area.Thank You staff, you're amazing.
