“My heating unit had been working fine but it had a bad smell coming from the exhaust. I didn’t really think it was an emergency so I waited to call to have someone look at it when I had the time. George, the HVAC tech, came out to see what was going on with my furnace he tested the air that what was coming out of the furnace exhaust, there was so much carbon monoxide found that he did not feel comfortable turning the unit back on. Thom Whybrew, the owner, knew we needed a unit asap as it was negative temperatures as the high for the next few days. Worst case scenario we were told we would have a unit the following day. He was able to find a unit and installed it the same day! It was easy to schedule, communication during the project and the price was under what I expected.
