Thom Whybrew, the owner, knew we needed a unit asap as it was negative temperatures as the high for the next few days. Worst case scenario we were told we would have a unit the following day. He was able to find a unit and installed it the same day! It was easy to schedule, communication during the project and the price was under what I expected.
