Needed a 2nd opinion from Jones contracting on our furnace not working. On a -10 degree with windchill night and day. Mike got Jody out right away to diagnose. We had worst case scenario, furnace heat exchanger was toast. Within 1 day, the next day, he had a crew out to rip out the old and in with the new! There’s more to the story but what’s important here is how quick, pleasant, and easy it was to work with them. They took care of us in some of the coldest times we’ve had in a long time. My family is warm and safe. Thank you Jones for coming to the rescue. We appreciate you guys.

I’ve been using Jones Contracting for my HVAC annual checkups ever since I bought my house. Recently my furnace was about to go out and they came the next day for an estimate for a new furnace, as I knew it needed replaced. They were able to get a new one installed very fast, within just a few business days and their guys were right on time and got the new one in quickly and it has been working fantastic!
