I had a fantastic experience with Shankster Bros. They were on time, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Micah was the standout. He was seriously awesome. He walked me through everything step-by-step and explained it in a way I could actually understand. I know nothing about septic systems, and he never made me feel dumb for asking questions (even when I repeated myself a few times). He took his time, showed me exactly what he was seeing, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. By the time he left, I actually understood how my system works. I had an emergency at 10:30PM, when my sewage line had plugged up and concurrently my septic tank was near capacity. We were expecting up to 100 friends & family the next day for an annual bonfire chili cookout. I had called the emergency line and Mike had answered my call. It was a huge relief to have a person on the line that I could speak with directly, rather than being transferred to voicemail. I had explained my circumstances to Mike. He had offered to come out right away. However, I was content to have him come out the next morning and he did. He had pumped the septic tank and cleared my plugged line within an hour. Shankster Bros answered the phone the first time I called. They came in just a day or two, located our septic tank, and checked it in a short amount of time. Super professional on-the-spot service and direct, honest recommendations. Exactly what I needed when I needed it. I wish all the businesses I deal with were half as good.
