Jamie inspected my house and was thorough, knowledgeable and articulate. I had the inspection report in my inbox the same day! Couldn’t be more satisfied with his work. Great company to do business with.
Our inspector (Mike Davis) was thorough and patient with our walkthrough. The entire inspection of our house took hours to complete and the walkthrough was about 40 minutes long. Any questions we had about our house 1 day ago have been answered. I believe prices are standard and employees are professional. I would use their services again.
Jim was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he was quick to answer any questions I had even if he was in the middle of something. The price is great for the level of service/knowledge they provide. The report Gold Key supply’s at the end is very nicely put together and easy to understand. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for an inspection company!
