The app doesn't have the option to put in a perm. So I did a basic trim. When I got there I told them I wanted to perm and they had time so they did it for me. Thanks I love it

I got a Bad haircut once (not at this salon) that was supposed to end up looking like the Jamie Lee Curtis style. Instead, when the beautician was done she handed me a mirror. I wanted to go that moment & buy a wig!! My hair was maybe 2" at the longest spots. I basically hid inside my house and only went out when absolutely necessary. Finally, about 6 months later, I stopped in to see if anyone at SmartStylre Salon inside Walmart cud do anything to help. Thankfully Brandy Bowling said she wud help me. Brandy always does a great job with cuts, color, highlights, styles, waxing and product recommendations!! Sometimes their are interruptions (phone, check in, etc.) However, this is a salon and pretty normal. Especially when the salon is at the entrance of the building.
