I was well pleased with the hairstylist and my hair cut my only problem I've been a loyal customer for many years.you send me coupons after I get my hair cut then the coupon expires why is there a experation date.on the coupon for loyal customers? Please respond.

I recently left my last salon due to bad customer service and thought I would try Great Clips. All I ever need is a haircut, no style, no blow dry, just cut and let me go. However, when I need a haircut, I need one, so I understand the 'first come first serve' . Went into Great Clips and didn't have to wait long and the stylist (Nicole) asked me what I wanted and she did a great job! I really wanted to mention the other aspect of this visit and that was the atmosphere! The stylists were all conversing with each other and the customers. Not only did I get a great haircut but I thoroughly enjoyed the visit! Thank you, Great Clips, I will be back.....

As I sit here this morning smiling as I'm doing my hair I just thought I should say Thank you to Kelly at the Great clips on Lee Blvd. this is the first haircut in 2 years that I have lived in Shelbyville that I have actually been so happy with. I had a horrible experience the previous haircut I had there by another girl with a terrible personality and Kelly was awesome. She took her time with my cut, she actually listened to how I wanted it and explained to me that if we did a point cut we should get it the way I wanted it and she was absolutely correct! I swore I would never go back there after the last time but as long as kelly is there I will definitely be returning.
