Amazing customer service! The team went above and beyond—making time on a weekend to come by last minute and fix my furnace. They weren’t expecting to get on the roof, but instead of rescheduling for another day went back to the shop to get a taller ladder and parts. Both the technician and owner were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
We can’t say enough good things about Raymoore and Travis specifically. Travis has helped us with our brewery walk-in cooler needs on multiple occasions. He is very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to help us with our older equipment. He has found creative solutions to get us through tough situations as we wait on parts. We highly recommend Raymoore for HVAC issues.
I called after hours and gave information to an answering service concerning my hvac problem. I was contacted soon after and they came out and diagnosed my issue. I had to wait until the next day to get it fixed due to a part needing to be picked up from a closed parts warehouse in Indianapolis. Everything is working well now. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you have a problem. I highly recommend them.
