For those who always complain about upselling, everyone does that, that's how it works. If that's your issue, go elsewhere, but they will do the same thing. I have never had an issue with Midwest Eye Care!

I can’t say enough good things about this office! Dr. Toppe and Dr. Lehman are both fantastic! super knowledgeable, friendly, and they really take the time to explain everything and I left feeling like I understood the issues I was having. The front desk lady is always so sweet and welcoming, and the optical team is amazing (and patient!) when it comes to picking out frames. I appreciated all three of them coming out to give their opinions! Without them I would have been there for hours trying to decide! Big shoutout to the blonde lady who helped me with my insurance.
