    Jim's crew diagnosed the A/C issue and took care of it in no time. Our unit is going strong and keeping things cool. The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. I highly recommend Hicks Air.

    Jim Hicks and the guys who work for him are wonderful. I've had a few emergencies and they have always been there for me, like when my AC/Furnace needed replaced, repaired in the heat of summer, and in the worst of winter weather. I had to call Jim tonight for an emergency, and he was straight forward with me about repairs. He said there were so many people in Shelbyville with furnace repairs, they couldn't get to me. He told me how to get my system working, to not go out and drive, and that they would get to me ASAP.Really just a wonderful business.
