On a person note. I have had the pleasure of meeting Jim Hicks personally concerning a problem with an 1950’s era infrared propane heater I use in my work shop.
Having been the owner and operator of a small business for 34 years, I know how constraints can be put on your time.
However, Jim was willing to take time to help me with this problem. From this interaction, I sense Jim is a professional and a good person.

I've had service several times now from the Hicks team and every one of them has been capable, polite, professional, even friendly to my dogs. They've never tried to talk me into a new system so long as there were parts available for the one I have. They never keep me waiting long and we trust them to take care of this house forever.

We have used Hicks for all of our HVAC needs for years - both residential and commercial at Blue River Bowl. We are always pleased with the response time and the professionalism.
We recently had Hicks connect a gas line so we could convert an electric stove to a gas stove and they did a fantastic job. They also installed the gas stove.
