My hair is pretty challenging as it's getting thin, naturally has cowlicks, etc. Holly did an excellent job with me and also made my mustache look better than it ever has! Have had some rough experiences with great clips in the past, but today was the complete opposite of that!

I had an amazing experience at Great Clips in Shelbyville, thanks to Macie! She was professional, friendly, and truly skilled at her craft. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me a fantastic haircut that exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and precision were top-notch, and she made sure I was happy with the result before I left. On top of that, her positive attitude and warm personality made the whole experience enjoyable. If you're looking for a great stylist, I highly recommend Macie—she’s the best!

Holly was absolutely amazing and kind and did a great job on mine and my husbands haircuts. Keisha, the lady working there with very dark brown/ black hair was very rude to one of the associates there that did nothing wrong, just very upsetting how she talked to another associate.
