Sales Rep was very professional and measured our floors the same day we requested. They brought an abundance of flooring options for us to choose from and made recommendation for the best flooring that is going to work for our situation. We ended up getting several estimates from other companies and Uptown was the most competitive offering the most valuable services not even charging us for moving all the furniture which ultimately is the reason we will be moving forward with Uptown Flooring. I had a wonderful experience with Anthony and Don at uptown flooring! Anthony brought 100’s of samples to my home to show me what will match best and let me see my options. We opted for contrast with a darker gray. Once it arrived it was installed almost immediately. It was laid perfectly, and Anthony kept us updated the whole time. Don was also extremely nice to our pets and respectful of our home while laying the floor which was greatly appreciated. Overall we are extremely pleased with our experience!
