I love Allen, but Diamond is very rude. She watches television programs on her phone while doing peoples nails. Constantly stops doing your nails so she can watch whatever she’s watching. Focus on your clients and be pleasant. I have been coming here for four years, I feel I deserve to be treated with some respect. I am done, I won’t be back.
I arrived at 5:30 on a Thursday as a walk-in. My nail lady seemed very rushed & frustrated.
I paid $41 for dip & left with it all over my fingers. I won’t be returning.
The only nail salon I will go to! I have been seeing Diamond since 2019 for manicures and pedicures. She is the BEST! Really everyone there is great. Always takes their time and does a great job. When I got married a few years ago they let me have the salon for the evening and gave myself and my bridesmaids all manicures and pedicures and even let us bring in wine and snacks! Diamond and Alan are the best and I highly recommend Studio Nails!
