She came back looking fluffy and clean, and I could tell she had been treated gently because she stayed calm the entire evening.“

Feels very welcoming and the owner has always been flexible with me when I communicate me running late..I don’t say that to wish anyone abuses that(including myself) but it was nice to have someone be flexible to a long time recurring customer.
