Jill took the time to “get to know” my fur baby and make sure she was really comfortable before starting any kind of grooming. My dog and I left there feeling very positive and happy. Jill made sure that my dogs first time was a positive experience and that she would be thrilled to go back. Even when it came to the big scary air dryer, she took her time to reassure my dogs throughout the whole process.
