Matrix for the win! They exceeded my expectations with a planned laundry remodel and an unexpected burst pipe in the slab of my bathroom. Matrix thoroughly explained all of the work that needed to be done, answered all of my questions, were friendly, professional and tackled every older home surprise with ease. My laundry room went from a complete massacre to a beautiful space! Once the bathroom was gutted, deep valleys in the slab were exposed, this meant filling and leveling the slab before moving forward. I can't say enough good things about this company! There has been a project I've wanted done in the house since I got it 15 years ago but have always been nervous it wasn't possible and/or was gonna cost too much. Eddy came by to look at the scope of work and give me an estimate. I had a number in my head that I would be comfortable with and the estimate was lower than that. I've had work done before with another company and there was so many added costs so I asked Eddy every question I could think of and pretty much unless there was some unforeseen issue hiding behind the wall that price covered it all. We hired Matrix for a kitchen renovation that included new cabinets, countertop, flooring, painting, and backsplash tile. The stove and refrigerator were relocated adding to the job complexity. Matrix did an outstanding job of it all. Dan (owner) provided helpful guidance as we decided on scope, materials and layout. The foreman Scott was terrific and each of the teams (demolition, plumbing, installation, electrical, flooring) brought in for their part did a truly outstanding and professional job.
