“Evolve Chiropractic is the best place I've gone to for physical therapy in my many years of PT visits. Since I came in with three different injuries, Dr. Shroff on the first day did a full body analysis to check my muscles and bone structure. From there, Dr. Shroff explained to me how and what I would be doing in an eccentric strengthening program and why. The equipment is fantastic at this PT/Chiropractic center and Dr. Shroff is hands down the most knowledgeable Physical Therapist I've been to. As someone who has dealt with lower leg injuries for years, it was so relieving to find someone who could explain everything that's going on in my body and tell me why the injuries are recurring. It was also so nice to be able to understand the root of the problem and how to prevent it in future years with specific knowledge of how my body is overcompensating and overworking certain muscles in my dance work. I would absolutely recommend this PT center over my school's PT center all day long. The staff are so kind and this center in particular has been so careful and great about COVID-polices. Everything is sanitized, everyone wears gloves if they're doing hands on work, and people are socially distant from each other, which helped ease my mind. If you're dealing with any type of injury, specifically mine (plantar fasciitis, Tibial tendinitis, and/or Achilles tendinitis ) I would absolutely come here.”
