V&L quickly responded to my Friday morning emergency call regarding my water heater. The plumber, Mat, was very polite in answering my questions and infomative about my needs & options.Once it was decided I needed a new tank, he was very determined to have it installed before the weekend. I highly recommend V & L Plumbing! Their customer service was fantastic. Any questions I had they always had an answer. Erich fixed our plugged up kitchen sink. He gave me some information to help keep the drain clean for the future. Very nice guy. This is my second time using them and another great experience.

My washing machine drain was clogged and water was backing up into my laundry room. Eriich came and assessed the situation and recommended that Instead of paying almost $200 to clear the drain, (which would just get clogged again repeatedly because I have two cats and two dogs that shed like crazy) that I instead clamp the hose to the laundry sink with a filter and drain it there. He only charged for the service fee, and gained a long-time customer. So refreshing to find a professional who is looking out for his customers!
