The only reason this is not a full 5 stars is the call center is painful- they can be very rude and unprofessional and it feels very frustrating when you’re trying to get a question answered. I wish you could call the front desk. That being said it is to my understanding the call center is a separate entity so I would never stray away for this concern but it is very frustrating as a patient to deal with . Otherwise to the practice and the providers 5+++ stars!“

“This is my first time being here, I had someone recommend me to Megan because she did an amazing job on her hair, but also made my hair look so good she’s definitely up-to-date with the new trends and everything which I love. She is very nice and did my hair exactly like the photo I showed her. I did want to POINT out that when I came there Wednesday, there was this one woman at the front desk who was kind of rude at first because I said I had an appointment with Megan she seem to get upset because I chose her. As Megan was setting me up I did over hear the woman talking to her very rudely because she didn’t get me but then she came up to me and asked if I was sure that I chose Megan and I said yes because I called and it was her that day, but also I wanted to request her.“
