Just had an amazing experience at Cry Freeze! 🙌🏽 The owner was super kind and took the time to walk my fiancé and me through all the different options. He explained everything clearly and never made us feel pressured to buy anything, which we really appreciated. I tried the cryotherapy and upper body compression, and I could honestly feel the difference—especially in my shoulder, which I’ve been struggling with due to overuse and inflammation. The place is also so clean, which made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back! 💙
State of art equipment and clean environment dont do justice to the welcome experience. I've done the infared red sauna and the compression therapy now and I can't tell you which I love more! Both leave me feeling invigorated and healthy! Really helpful for me with inflammation.
