The Salt Cave has quickly become mine and my friend’s favorite place. Whether we want to do a large group or come alone to enjoy a salt cave session, sauna or massage, we always leave relaxed. The events in the cave are unmatched. They do guided meditations, sound baths, and other types of events. They are the perfect reset when I’m feeling stressed. The staff is also the best?

The salt cave was beautifully designed, but definitely lacking in a few things that other salt caves have.Would be nicer if it was a warming room, with warm foot salt blocks and a warm salt bed to lay on. That would make it a much metter experience on a cold rainy day. 4/5 starsStaff was very friendly, the store and room was very clean and well kept

I have been to The Salt Cave numerous times, I have asthma and sinus problems so each time helped me breathe better but I attended the class last night on breath work and it also had meditation included, that was so helpful for me!Thank you so much for having this class!
