Terrible experience. I trusted this law firm, and they took my money, did zero prep for a Zoom court hearing, which i could not hear; Attorney and the court knew I could not hear the testimony, was found guilty. I had been telling Ron how important it was for me not to get the points for this infraction, and all he had to do was ask for a deferral in court, but he did not. This attorney is an incompetent waste. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They were very unprofessional and acted very pias and snooty. As we were waiting on our appointment one of the lawyer's assistants asked the other lawyer if they wanted to look over the paperwork and the lawyer stated, "No, I'll just go with whatever you type out because I care so much about that case." And then when the assistants were asked if they wanted to leave at 3:30pm they were very blatant about being annoyed about us being there waiting on our appointment. Highly don't recommend this office.

So Nick was my lawyer. I paid him 2500$ retainer fee. I am 100% innocent 100%!!! So you would think no problem right? Wrong I still had to plea to a B misdemeanor and take a year unsupervised probation.. a good lawyer should be able to get an innocent man off Scott free!! That’s how it’s supposed to work! He told me if we go to trail the jury will automatically think I’m guilty and I will have to prove I’m innocent! Take that as u will!

From my own experience not very good . Mr. Severt, Ronald James . Not professional and doesn’t fight for you only wants to collect the paycheck. If you can’t pay for a attorney an the court gives you this attorney you better start saving for private counsel , he does not call you he does not tell you nothing on what’s going on an lack of emotion for his clients. He forgets things that he tells you what you need to be done after you already done it . Don’t waste your money if you want to hire this man for private counsel.
