Stay away! Needed my drain cleared. The person that came did not communicate well and he did not understand why he ran his auger 15 to 16' without finding the clog. The next day I went into the basement and discovered he ran his auger in the wrong direction, away from the clog. In doing so he also damaged the copper drain pipe by cutting a one inch hole. When I called the company all I received was attitude and would not send anyone out to look at the damaged pipe. For this I paid $85!

Called at 8:30am. My issue was fixed by noon! Excellent job! Made the mistake of calling a different company first: don't be like me! Golden Rule is the company to call! Very fair price!Service: Sewer cleaning

The only positive was that they had someone available the next day. Everything else was downhill from there.I was given a price on the phone to clear a drain but when the guy showed up he told me he charges by the hour not the price I was given. So of course he turns out to be the slowest guy in the world. Not only did he move slowly, he keep taking breaks and also liked to talk a lot. Ultimately he did not have the right tools to do the job so that was a total waste of my money. Why be efficient or effective when you can get rich being an incompetent sloth? He told me I needed to call someone to do a camera inspection. On his page it says he does camera inspections, but he said he doesn't. When I do find people who do camera inspections, they all tell me camera inspections can not be done if the drain is not clear first. I finally find someone else who knew what they were doing to clear the drain with no problems.

Forgive me I am so sorry I forgot his name. Anyway he is so professional very polite he speak to you and I'm polite manner make you feel comfortable in your own home and I want to thank him for that. He came out the first time to unplug the sewer drain that was clogged with grease when he got done he told me that he had found some roots and that I need to take care of that soon so we schedule another appointment for the next month he came out on time each time he came out he was on time never late like I said very professional I will let all my friends know of Golden rule and if I had to call anyone else again I hope I get him sorry I forgot your name LOL very professional very. I pray your back feel better soon. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

I wish I could give a negative number on this review. I called looked for someone to unclog a kitchen drain. The only thing I got from the time the phone was answered was attitude.You may be called golden rule but you sure don't know what that means ! I will spend my money elsewhere !!!!
