Hayden was an amazing service man/individual. Very professional and friendly.He patiently listened to my concerns and expectations. This gentleman started working on the service job…..he put a great deal of work on the areas I was extremely concerned with and he was efficient, considerate, and explained the process and chemicals that were used. My rugs and carpets look amazing almost new I say almost because I know that they’re not new but if you saw them, you think they were new so this company which is a local business in my town have done a marvelous job. Had SS clean carpet because I had spots. Spots came back a week after cleaning only larger. I tried to remove with my Bissell. Came back again. Called SS and they sent someone out to go over spots 2 weeks ago. Spots are gone. I've used them for carpet cleaning for many years and if I ever had a problem they have taken care of it. Always have been great to work with.

Stanley Steemer just left my home after offering up a stellar carpet cleaning job. Our family room is a very high-traffic area, and a brand new puppy exacerbated our situation. I needed a big improvement before the holidays. As always, the company rose to--and even exceeded--my expectations. The cleaning tech was friendly, efficient, and great at communicating his arrival time (which was Johnny-on-the spot). Additionally, communication from the franchise owner, Steve, was frequent and meaningful. From the initial online scheduling to watching the yellow van depart our driveway, we could not be more satisfied. Give them a call. You won't regret it!
