Great experience from beginning to end. The studio is beautiful and relaxing. Aletha was welcoming and so knowledgeable. She encouraged everyone to do what they can and to listen to their body. I will be back!

Have had two classes there so far, and love it. The instructors are super nice and I love the atmosphere and the room the classes take place in. Can't wait until my next class!
