Amazing folks at this place. I was struggling yo get manufacturing warranty Information about my new Bad Boy zero turn and Lisa ( owner ) and Pam did an amazing job researching it and made it all happen. It would have been probably $600 out of my pocket but with their help it cost me $0. Thank you so much for your professionalism and knowledge. Also Bobby did the repairs and did a amazing job. Bobby also inspected the mower before any work was done and they called me several times to update me as they went through this entire process. I am very thankful for the help they provided. After 3 weeks of looking around for a new zero turn, we finally decided to take the plunge at Earthworks lawn care & snow in Richmond, IN. Obviously, we love our mower. We did our research.
