Postponed our carpet cleaning appointment 2 times and the third time they just didn’t show up. When we called to ask about it they said we were out of their service area and they weren’t going to come. Terrible customer service… do not recommend.
Made an appt. First day canceled due to leaky tank. Next day called 90 minutes after they were to be there and told us we were not in their service area. I gave them address three days ago.
Canceled on us when we had an appointment, rescheduled an appointment with them the following day and they basically ghosted us. Absolutely horrible customer service, won’t even answer their phone now.Service: Upholstery cleaning
