My mom passed away and Steinke Funeral home was very accommodating and helpful. They did an amazing job on the tribute video. The services and staff were amazing and everything was beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steinke Funeral Home in Rensselaer recently helped set up funeral services for the passing of my grandfather. From the moment we walked in the door Mike made us feel like family. He and his staff went above and beyond..and then some. Mike and his crew made everything so easy. I highly recommend this Funeral Home. Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation. Sarah Halleck passed in Maryland having left Rensselaer in the late 1940s. She wanted her final rest to be with other family members in Fair Oaks, IN. The family is spread across the country. The Steinke Funeral Home made it happen providing coordination, consultation, support and professional services reasonably. The whole family was pleased with the professionalism, compassion, and support provided. Rapid support was always available. We feel fortunate as out of state customers to have selected them remotely.
