Sarah Halleck passed in Maryland having left Rensselaer in the late 1940s. She wanted her final rest to be with other family members in Fair Oaks, IN. The family is spread across the country. The Steinke Funeral Home made it happen providing coordination, consultation, support and professional services reasonably. The whole family was pleased with the professionalism, compassion, and support provided. Rapid support was always available. We feel fortunate as out of state customers to have selected them remotely.

Words can not even begin to describe how great of a place this is. Mike and his staff did an absolutely amazing job with my mother's service. From the time we first met with Mike he made a very hard situation so peaceful for my family. My mother passed from cancer and I was originally concerned on how she would appear. When I walked in to the parlor and saw her I was completely stunned on how good she looked. She looked just like she did before that terrible disease took over her body. If you are in need of a funeral service this would be the place to go. From the bottom of my heart I thank the entire Steinke team for helping us lay my mother ti rest
